Leadership Transition

“On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I would like to thank Steve for the many contributions he has made to CFSA over the past 9 ½ years,” said Chair, Paul Lindsey. “We are grateful for his leadership in improving the infrastructure of the organization and in creating new opportunities for community discussions and collaborations. Steve’s unwavering enthusiasm and historical knowledge of the organization has created a smooth transition between himself and CFSA’s new President/CEO, Clint Mabie. We wish Steve much success and happiness in all of his future endeavors.”

"I couldn't be more pleased with the board's choice of CFSA’s new President/CEO. I believe Clint is the ideal person to take CFSA forward and I am pleased to be able to facilitate a smooth transition. I believe the organization’s best years are still ahead of it," added Alley.

Lindsey continued, “Clint is the exact combination of a seasoned executive and organizational leader that the board was looking for. He is respected for his management expertise, strong customer orientation, excellent people skills, and has a firm understanding of the challenges facing philanthropy at this point in time. Clint met all of the criteria we set for the search and the board was unanimous in its decision that his leadership style, proven record of driving growth and operational excellence is exactly what CFSA needs as we move into the future.”
