Each year, the premier social and cultural event in Santa Cruz County and the border region is Folklorico!
This year Folklorico will honor our area's Mexican and Spanish heritage. The board of directors of the Santa Cruz Community Foundation has planned a fabulous Folklorico to be held at the historic Tubac Presidio.... On Saturday, April 28th.
A special feature of this year will be the musicians, performers and cuisine from our sister city of Nogales Sonora. Starting at 5:30, participants will be transported back to the colonial days of the Santa Cruz River Valley, treated to a tour of the treasures of the 1691 Presidio, dazzled by Ballet Folklorico Pasco and, after dining on the culinary Sonoran delights of Mono, dance to the magical music of the renowned Nogales, Sonora municipal band.
The proceeds from this historic event will help the foundation support local agencies that provide education, healthcare, cultural and community development programs on both sides of the border.

Tickets are $150.00, $120.00 is tax deductible.
Valet parking will be provided.
