The Fund for Civility, Respect and Understanding  

 

The Fund For Civility, Respect and Understanding was established by the Ron Barber Family at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona.  The mission of the fund is to sustain and build upon the outpouring of good will, compassion and kindness that the community responded with after the tragic event on January 8, 2011.  For more information on the fund's mission, initiatives and community impact visit the Fund for Civility, Respect and Understanding's website.

If you would like to make a donation by check rather than online, please make your check out to Community Foundation for Southern Arizona with a note on the memo line "Civility Fund".

Additionally, contributions of $10 may be sent via mGive by sending a text message of the word TUCSON to the number 50555.  Contributions may be made up to three times for a total of $30.


Gift Acknowledgment

Gifts made directly to the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona for the Fund for Civility, Respect and Understanding will be acknowledged according to IRS guidelines. Donations over $250 will be acknowledged with a thank you letter and formal tax receipt.  All donors will be acknowledged on our Website.  If you wish to remain anonymous please indicate so by email.  The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona is not responsible for acknowledging indirect gifts.
