As president/CEO, Mabie will be responsible for expanding the impact and work of CFSA to meet the expanding needs of the Southern Arizona community, managing the operations and staff, and serving as the representative of CFSA to community organizations and donors.
Clint has over 16 years of experience in the not-for-profit field including fundraising, donor stewardship, community collaborations, strategic planning, and board development and management and served as a teacher in the Chicago public schools. A long-time resident of Chicago, Mabie’s notable accomplishments include raising over $100 million for endowments, preparing strategic and development plans that have increased giving five fold, creating initiatives that raised over $20 million for diverse communities, and facilitating and monitoring over $50 million in grants to charities globally.
He received a master’s in management from J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a master’s in art of teaching from National Louis University. Prior to joining CFSA, Mabie was executive vice president of Tempus Pax, LLC, director of donor services of The Chicago Community Trust and executive director of its initiative to combat poverty, Return on Chicago. Clint has also served on various not-for-profit boards including The Community Mental Health Council, National Louis University and the Sunshine Through Golf Foundation.
