To provide financial and strategic support for the development of a memorial and/or museum in response to the events that occurred on January 8, 2011 in Tucson, Arizona, the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona has established the One-Eight Memorial Foundation Fund. An application for a non-profit 501(c)(3) has been filed. While this process is underway, the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona has created a fund that will accept gifts until the 501(c)(3) is established.
